Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Adekunle Gold has expanded his creative empire beyond music, launching his first jewellery piece under the new lifestyle brand Tuffman.
The limited-edition WAVE earrings, featuring a sculptural wave design in silver and gold finishes and available as hoops or studs, were unveiled in an eye-catching Instagram post.
The father of two also shared the personal story behind the design: “I’ve spent most of my life creating things people can hear. This time, I’ve created something you can wear.”
He described WAVE as starting from a persistent sketch that he refined until it reached its final form.
The pop-up launch event, hosted by luxury retailer ASHLUXURY, is scheduled for Saturday, June 6th, from 12-6 PM at their headquarters in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Fans have reacted with a mix of praise for the bold aesthetic and playful memes comparing the wave design to everyday objects, reflecting the artist’s strong connection with his audience even in lighter moments.
The launch comes as Gold’s wife, singer Simi (Symply Simi), has similarly ventured into consumer products with her SYMS by MOL line.
