All of the stars of Nollywood turned up for the premiere of Blessing Egbe’s new movie, “The Ten Virgins” at Silverbird Galleria in Lagos. The dress code must have been “biblical” and “Herodian” because the outfits our faves rocked had a distinctive vibe of the bible era to it.
“The Ten Virgins” was written and produced by Blessing Egbe. It is an adaptation of the parable of the Ten Virgins but told differently with plenty singing and dancing.
According to Blessing, “The characters in this story are highly symbolic. It metaphorically portrays and represents the biblical parable of The Ten Virgins. The Prince symbolises Christ; The Virgins signify The Church Universal; The Engagement mirrors The devotion of Christians; while The Wait portrays Man’s Entire Race”
Among the stars spotted at the premiere includes Kate Henshaw, Stephanie Linus, Kiki Omeili, Adaora Ukoh.
