Annie Idibia, the Nollywood actress and estranged wife of Tuface Idibia, has taken to social media to call for prayers along with a clip of her daughter being admitted to a hospital for an undisclosed illness.
The mother of two, via her verified Instagram on Friday, noted that it was a “big day” for her daughter and prayed for divine intervention.
“Bravest of them all… It’s a very big day for my superstar. Dear lord, please come through for my baby. Please lord,” she wrote.
Annie, in another post, shared a video of herself tying her daughter’s hospital robe as a doctor stood nearby.

She captioned the clip, “God has GOT US.”
The actress also made a cryptic remark about motherhood, writing: “Choose your kids. In every situation. At any time. Over anyone. Choose your kids.”
Reacting to the development, many users sympathised with the mother of two, as they believe it might be her second child, Olivia Idibia, who has previously undergone surgery for a leg condition.
Reacting to the post, some Instagram users expressed concern over the decision to share the moment on social media.
A user wrote, “I’m never comfortable with people posting videos and pictures on social media before entering surgery!!!!!! Wait till you are in and out you can post or not even post. Why are we always living for the gram.”
Another added, “God will come through for you and the children Annie. Gosh, see the fear in her eyes.”
One prayed, saying, “I cover Olivia with the blood of Jesus. She is preserved in Jesus’ mighty name, amen.”
