Big Brother Naija contestant, Jason Jae, has expressed anger after realising that his love interest, Dede, a fellow BBNaija 10 contestant, dubbed him ‘one of her fishes’.
The one-time BBNaija 10 Head of House opened up to his fellow housemate Kola about his feelings of hurt and betrayal, referencing a conversation with Dede calling him a fish.
According to Jason Jae, Dede’s comments about him creating a love triangle with her “fishes” have left him feeling disrespected and upset, questioning the trust in their friendship.

Kola, however, attempted to downplay Jason Jae’s reaction, suggesting he might be overreacting, but Jason Jae insisted his feelings of hurt were genuine.
Kola – “You reacting this way, saying you don’t wanna talk about the issue, makes it look like you are more hurt than what it is.”
Jason Jae – “I’m upset.”
Kola – “Who are you upset with?”
Jason Jae – “I’m upset with Dede for breaking a friendship trust. How can you say we are friends and the next thing you’re saying is Oh you’re the one creating a triangle with my fishes. What the fuck does that mean?”

Jason Jae and Kola have previously accused Dede of manipulation, claiming she used them before moving on to another housemate, Koyin.
Dede, however, had clarified from the start that she was not interested in a romantic relationship within the house, as she is in a happy relationship outside.
