Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 11 housemate, Ezenwoke Nwosu, popularly known as Cassi, has been evicted from the reality television show after four weeks in the ‘Show Ya Sef’ house.
Cassi’s eviction was announced by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu during the fourth live eviction show on Sunday night, bringing his campaign for the ₦160 million prize package to an end.
He was the only housemate evicted during the live show, despite a week-four nomination process that placed several contestants at risk of leaving the competition.
Cassi was nominated alongside Araga, Gerard, Nomy, Tram, Sheba, Aikou, Goddessa and Temi Nkem.
The voting figures displayed during the night’s live eviction show reveal a clear gap between the housemates who were up for eviction, with Nomy emerging as the viewers’ favourite and Cassi recording the lowest share of votes.
According to the figures displayed on the show, Nomy secured 10.84 per cent of the votes cast by viewers, while Godessa polled 6.76 per cent. Cassi, who was ultimately evicted from the Big Brother Naija Season 11 house, received 5.27 per cent.
The eviction came after a dramatic week in which the housemates faced nominations, a wager task and a series of twists that kept them uncertain about who would be leaving.
The eviction announcement triggered an emotional reaction among some of the housemates, particularly Nomy and Tram, as Cassi prepared to leave the house.
During his post-eviction conversation with Ebuka, Cassi reflected on his experience in the house, saying: “I was taking it at a pace. There are a lot of emotions at the same time – one minute you’re happy, the next minute you’re sad.”

Cassi also said he intends to take his acting career more seriously after leaving the reality show.
His departure follows the earlier evictions of Martins, Mercedes and Kamsy. Neche also left the house voluntarily on August 16 to attend to personal matters, meaning Cassi becomes the latest housemate to leave the competition.
The fourth live show also saw major developments. Abi was named the Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW), earning immunity from the following week’s eviction.
The live show also featured a series of tense exchanges as Ebuka put several housemates on the spot, including Barry, Goddessa, Araga, Keivo, Ricky, Bells and Yusuf.
With Cassi now out of the competition, the remaining housemates face another week of nominations, strategic alliances and the pressure of staying in contention for the grand prize.
The ‘Show Ya Sef’ edition of Big Brother Naija continues to air live, with the housemates competing for the season’s ₦160 million prize package.
