BBNaija star Anita Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has been officially awarded two Guinness World Records (GWR) plaques for her remarkable achievements in cosmetic makeovers.
The records were set during her Tacha Beauty Fest, a major beauty event held at the John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History in Lagos, Nigeria.
The challenge took place on October 11, 2025, extending into October 12, 2025. Tacha performed an intense 24-hour nonstop makeover marathon, overcoming obstacles like storms, power outages, and fatigue to transform participants (women) into confident, glowing versions of themselves.
She first achieved the most cosmetic makeovers in 8 hours (individual) by completing 82 full makeovers.
Continuing seamlessly, she surpassed expectations to secure the most cosmetic makeovers in 24 hours (individual) with a verified total of 144 makeovers as confirmed by GWR.
Guinness World Records adjudicated and verified the attempt, officially announcing the titles on November 12, 2025. Tacha received her plaques amid emotional celebrations, sharing tearful gratitude on social media and dedicating the feat to her late mother and African women everywhere.
