Nigerian actress Biodun Okeowo has bemoaned the incessant amount of rest in peace (RIP) messages in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
In 2026 alone, eelive.ng has reported several untimely deaths in the Nigerian entertainment industry. Addressing the recent demise of Taiwo Adegbodu, Okeowo, who is otherwise known as Omoborty, in an Instagram post, fold God that the amount of RIP they have typed this year is enough.

She urged him to put a stop to untimely death and prayed for a long life.
“Oh Lord, the amount of Rest In Peace we have typed this year is enough.
God, please put a stop to untimely deaths.
May we live long.
Amen”.
