Controversial Nigerian influencer and self-styled relationship coach Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, after promising to document her full health journey openly with netizens, has publicly shared her medical reports and chest CT scan images.
In a new video circulating on social media, Okoro, in a hospital gown, reviews the documents before displaying detailed medical reports and multiple CT scan images of her chest and lungs. She directly appealed to the public: “Tag your doctors, let them review it,” inviting medical professionals to examine and authenticate the documents.
This development comes days after her public apology on April 22, 2026, where she expressed remorse for the “unnecessary drama and embarrassment” surrounding her health issues while insisting she never lied about her condition. She had promised full transparency, including sharing scan results and biopsy details, similar to her past documentation of cosmetic procedures.

The saga began in March 2026 when Okoro announced a Stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis and received donations reportedly totalling around ₦13 million.
Intense scrutiny followed after allegations that an earlier medical report was doctored from that of cancer survivor Deborah Mbara. The Nigerian Medical Association (Delta State chapter) had disowned the initial document, stating it belonged to another patient.
Okoro, however, after deactivating her Instagram account and coming back online, has issued an apology to netizens and promised to refund all money.
