Chioma Adeleke, wife of Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has hailed her husband’s unwavering support for her personal ambitions.
In an Interview, Chioma noted how she has faced numerous challenges over time, adding that the singer always encouraged her to pursue her goals.
“David cares a lot about my dreams. I’ve faced a lot of challenges over time, but he would always ask me, ‘Chi, apart from all of this, what do you actually want to do?’ then we would have plans and have stuffs coming out in the next few months. He really cares about my personal dreams,” she said.

The couple recently held a lavish pre-wedding party in Miami, which was attended by prominent figures from the entertainment industry, including Adekunle Gold, Zlatan Ibile, and Teni.
The couple’s white wedding is currently taking place at The Havana in Miami, this comes a year after they held their traditional wedding ceremony in Lagos, Nigeria, which was attended by friends, family, and fans.
Davido and Chioma’s relationship has been a journey of triumphs and trials. Despite facing a rough patch in 2021 and suffering a heartbreaking loss in 2022 with the passing of their first son, Ifeanyi, their bond has only grown stronger. They welcomed twins in the US in October 2023.
Recall that Davido proposed to Chioma in 2019, and despite facing a rough patch in 2021 due to rumors of infidelity.
