The Afrobeat superstar and his longtime partner tied the knot in a lavish ceremony on August 10, 2025, at The Havana in Miami. The reception was a grand affair, with notable guests including Adekunle Gold, Teni, Zlatan Ibile, and Tunde Ednut in attendance.
The couple’s wedding celebration began with a vibrant Havana Night-themed pre-wedding party, where Davido and Chioma made stunning appearances.
Chioma rocked a white cut-out dress, while Davido sported a casual look topped with a distinctive cowboy hat. The party featured a notable guest list, including Edwina Akufo-Addo, daughter of former Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo.

Davido revealed that the wedding cost a staggering $3.7 million, saying, “We spent $3.7m in cash. You should know what we are doing. It’s crazy.” He also gifted Chioma a $300,000 Richard Mille watch during the celebration.
The Miami wedding marks the finalization of their union after their traditional wedding in June 2024 and court wedding in March 2023. The union was however blessed by three priests and it is said that the trio wedded Davido’s mum and dad.
