Ryan Taylor, the former partner of Nigerian entertainer and billionaire heiress, DJ Cuppy whose real name is Ifeoluwa Otedola has alleged that she doesn’t like her fellow country people.
The former boxer and BMX cyclist made these claims about their relationship during a recent appearance on the Ladders podcast.

Speaking about their time together, Taylor alleged that Cuppy “didn’t like people from her country” and even discouraged him from employing her country people in his business.
“Is it mad if I told you that she didn’t like people from her country?” he said. “She’ll come into my business and she didn’t want me to have her fellow country people as staff. We used to walk in the mall and people would run from their counters and ask for money.”

The couple, who got engaged in November 2022 but reportedly split in mid-2023, often made headlines for their public displays of affection and luxury lifestyle. However, their breakup drew speculation from fans after both unfollowed each other on social media and stopped sharing posts together.
Despite his remarks, Taylor ended on a reflective note about their relationship, saying, “Everything happens for a reason. The time that I met her, where we both were at the time, it had to happen. No regrets, lesson learnt.”
