Nigerian comedian and actor Victor Nwaogu, popularly known as Nkubi or Small Stout, and his wife Vivian have opened up about the harsh realities of cyberbullying.
As a public figure with a significant following, Nkubi has faced ridicule and mockery due to his height, standing at approximately 4 feet tall. However, the situation took a more personal turn when he and his wife started receiving sad comments about their family and child.

During an interview with BBC pidgin, Nkubi and his wife stated how they have been subjected to hurtful remarks on social media, with some users making unpleasant comments about their child’s appearance and their family.
In Nigeria, cyberbullying is considered a crime under the Cybercrime Act of 2015. Individuals found guilty of cyberbullying can face imprisonment or fines. Despite this law, cyberbullying remains a prevalent issue, with many victims suffering in silence.
