Damson Idris Stars in 5th Season of ‘Black Mirror’

British-Nigerian Actor, Damson Idris has been enlisted for the fifth season of the sci-fi anthology series, ‘Black Mirror’.

The series explores the effect of technology on different aspects of life; Love, privacy, connection, sex, family, work and the afterlife being part of the subject matter.

The fifth season was announced with an exciting new trailer, which also revealed that instead of a six-episode season, Netflix has trimmed this installment down to just three episodes. It is slated to premiere on June 5, 2019.

The actor seems to be quite busy these days, with no signs of backing down; shining in the most acclaimed episode of Jordan Peele’s ‘Twilight Zone’ reboot, the actor is set for Netflix’s ‘Black Mirror’. Alongside Damson Idris is a cast that includes Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana), Anthony Mackie (Avengers: Endgame), Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Aquaman), Topher Grace (BlacKkKlansman), Andrew Scott (Sherlock) and many more.
