Social media critic Daniel Regha has sparked a wave of reactions online following his latest post questioning the fairness of Nigeria’s justice system.
Reacting to news that Anthony Joshua’s driver, Adeniyi Mobolaji Kayode, has been charged in court on Friday, over the car crash that injured the boxer and claimed the lives of two of his friends. Regha highlighted what he sees as selective prosecution.
In a post shared via his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, Regha pointed out the inconsistency in handling similar tragic incidents, referencing the numerous accidents caused by Dangote trucks across the country, many of which have resulted in fatalities but without significant legal consequences.
Daniel Regha also mentioned the recent car crash involving popular content creator Peller, questioning why there’s been no legal follow up on that case, especially as it made headlines during the holidays.
