Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Uche Ogbodo has publicly expressed frustration over what she described as a bitter experience with a major logistics company, GUO Transport.

Taking to her Instagram page, Ogbodo recounted how a package sent to her from Abuja for her brand, ‘Body Gang Society’, was delayed without any communication from the company.

She explained that after five days of silence, she dispatched her personal assistant to GUO’s Ajah office with proper identification and a signed note to retrieve the parcel.

However, her assistant was denied access to the package, with the staff citing the absence of a delivery PIN,one Ogbodo claims she never received because she was never notified the package had arrived.

Frustrated by the lack of cooperation, the actress said she personally visited the office later that day. Initially, she was told the package hadn’t arrived. But after pressing further, the staff member admitted the parcel was indeed there, yet insisted she had to pay demurrage fees despite never receiving a delivery notification.

“I pleaded with him, explaining I was never informed that the package had arrived, but he refused. I then asked to speak with the manager, only to be told to return the next day as the manager was unavailable,” she explained.

Ogbodo added that the unhelpful attitude and silence from other staff members made her suspect a coordinated effort to exploit customers.

Logistics companies are robbing people in broad daylight,” she wrote. “I used to think this kind of thing only happened with smaller companies, but seeing it happen at GUO, a so-called industry giant, was shocking.”

Ogbodo lamented that she had lost several packages in the past and often had to refund or resend items to customers.

She subsequently urged  GUO Transport to investigate and caution its staff, warning that such practices damage the trust businesses and individuals place in logistics providers.
