Ashabi revealed that publicly expressing her affection for Portable has become “scary” because of possible criticism from social media users, who might accuse her of “overdoing it.” However, she stressed that her love and admiration for him remain strong, and she would continue to appreciate him despite such opinions.
“Absolutely loml, my everyday crush. To write a person’s feelings is now scary; dem go say I too do. Nevertheless, I love and cherish you so much, you know. No long epistle today, abiding by online rules,” she wrote.
She went on to thank Portable for making time to attend her store opening despite his busy schedule, describing him as her “celebrity baby” and her “happy place.”
Ashabi praised the singer’s daily support, his gift to her business, and the care he constantly shows. She prayed for God’s blessings on his life, wishing him goodness, mercy, and continued success.
She also commended Portable’s hardworking spirit, saying it inspires her to work harder and reminds her that “hard work pays.” According to her, Portable is a “hustler with grace” whose determination motivates her.
“Thanks for your everyday support, thanks for blessing my day with that gift as well. It means a lot to my brand. May God bless you more, Akanni mi, goodness and mercy shall continue to follow you all the days of your life. You won’t lack good things in life, my laugh pills, bestie mi ogo, hustler with grace, baba awon omo mi,” she wrote.
The actress, known for her roles in Yoruba-language films, has been in a public relationship with Portable for some time. Portable, who rose to fame in 2021 with his breakout hit “Zazoo Zeh,” is widely recognised for his energetic performances and outspoken personality.
Ashabi ended her post humorously, noting that while she was the one hosting a store opening, it was Portable who kept changing outfits during the event.
