Country music legend Dolly Parton has announced the postponement of her upcoming Las Vegas residency, citing health challenges that require her to undergo “a few procedures.”
The shows, initially scheduled for December 4-13, 2025, at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, will now take place in September 2026.

In a heartfelt message to her fans on Instagram, Parton explained that her doctors have advised her to prioritize her health, and she won’t have sufficient time to rehearse and prepare for the shows. “I want the fans and public to hear directly from me that, unfortunately, I will need to postpone my upcoming Las Vegas concerts,” she wrote.

Parton reassured her fans that she’s not retiring from music, saying, “Don’t worry about me quitting the business because God hasn’t said anything about stopping yet. But, I believe He is telling me to slow down right now so I can be ready for more big adventures with all of you.” She expressed her gratitude for her fans’ understanding and emphasized her commitment to delivering high-quality performances.

The rescheduled dates for “Dolly: Live in Las Vegas” are set for September 17-26, 2026. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new dates, and refunds will be available for fans unable to attend.
This announcement comes after Parton recently missed an appearance at Dollywood due to complications from a kidney stone, which had given her an infection. Her doctors advised her to rest and recover.
