Legendary Nigerian music producer and founder of Mavin Records, Don Jazzy has officially welcomed a rising star, LOVN, to the Mavin Global family.
In a heartfelt post shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Don Jazzy praised LOVN’s resilience, consistency, and undeniable talent qualities he believes will shape the future of Afrobeats.

According to Don Jazzy, LOVN is a product of the Mavin Academy, which he describes as “filled with many future Afrobeats superstars.” He stressed the importance of artists using social media to showcase their talents, noting that in today’s content heavy world, visibility is key to breaking through.
LOVN’s journey, as Don Jazzy highlighted, has been far from overnight. He has appeared on several talent shows over the years, including Access The Stars and The Voice Nigeria, constantly pushing himself and refining his craft. Don Jazzy praised him for “never stopping showing up,” calling his perseverance a powerful example to all aspiring musicians.
