Award-winning Canadian recording artiste, Aubrey Graham, better known as Drake, has opened up about a bizarre run-in with police in Sweden, recalling how he was arrested for “absolutely nothing” after a private party.
Speaking during a podcast interview, the rapper said the incident happened about three years ago. According to him, it all started after a police officer’s girlfriend attended a private party he hosted.
“Apparently, we did a private party, and one of the officers, his girl came to the party,” Drake explained. “They arrested me way too aggressive, and they arrested me for nothing.”

When asked how long he spent behind bars, Drake replied:
“Three days? Nine hours,” quickly correcting himself with a smirk.
The interviewer jokingly asked if it was “fun” or at least worth it for the experience, but Drake shut that down:
“No, no, no. It wasn’t good. I got arrested for nothing.”
