Reality TV star Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has revealed the reason popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo may have distanced herself from her.
Speaking during a live social media session on Tuesday, January 13th, 2025, Phyna expressed concern over the sudden shift in Iyabo Ojo’s support and online engagement.
Phyna stated that the actress, who previously showed love by liking and commenting on her posts, stopped doing so a change she strongly believes is linked to her association with controversial social media activist VeryDarkMan, also known as VDM.

Phyna shared that the withdrawal of support from Iyabo Ojo deeply affected her, suggesting that their once-friendly relationship had cooled off due to her ties with VDM. She admitted that this fallout extended beyond just Iyabo Ojo, saying it also affected how others perceived her online.
“I feel like mama doesn’t like me as much anymore. She used to comment and like my posts before, but now she doesn’t, and I’m very sure it’s because of that dirty boy,” Phyna stated. She also revealed that her loyalty to VDM once pushed her to attack fellow reality star Vee Iye online.
VDM, whose real name is Martins Otse, is known for stirring controversy and feuds with public figures.
