The show host of the Big Brother Naija Season 10, host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has disclosed that housemates who are found over- sleeping or promoting brands risk eviction this year.
The media personality made this known while speaking on Sunday night, where he reminded the contestants that the game had officially begun and there would be no room for laziness.
According to Ebuba, the show had started any housemate who planned to “use the first week to get to know the housemates” would lose valuable time. He added, “We need people that have energy.”
The 40-year-old also warned them not to sleep for more than two hours during the day, stressing that oversleeping or promoting brands too early in the game could lead to eviction.

“Nobody should come and sleep for two hours during the day,” he said. “Don’t start doing promotion for brands yet. That might get you evicted.”
He however encouraged the housemates to enjoy the moment and be expressive. “Don’t be afraid to have fun, speak your mind. Enjoy yourselves in that house and make friends,” he told them.
Big Brother Naija season 10 had its second launch show on Sunday to usher in the male housemates.
The live show had performances from King Shoday, Taves and was hosted by the seasoned Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
A total of 14 male housemates entered the house to join the 15 females who were unveiled yesterday, bringing the total number of housemates to 29.
The warning comes after a major twist was introduced to the show’s format, with housemates split into two groups and a new Interim Head of House role added.
