Egungun of Lagos, a popular Nigerian content creator, marked his wife’s birthday with a touching yet humorous post on social media that left many fans amused.
Sharing a stunning photo of his wife, Egungun took a walk down memory lane, recounting how their love story began most unexpectedly. According to him, a decade ago, he had planned to introduce her to a wealthier friend who had asked him to find a girlfriend from Yabatech.
In a candid and humorous caption, he wrote: “10 years ago, I wanted to hook you up with my friend who had more money than me 🤣. He told me to find a babe for him from Yabatech and even offered me ₦3,000 to bring you to his house in Ajah. Honestly, I was a mumu—I had no idea I’d end up marrying you. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MY LOVE 😍😭😭. Please help me wish her well, she has really tried o!”
Egungun of Lagos recently stated that educational background does not equate to success.
The media personality discussed his views with Daddy Freeze, highlighting that having an education does not guarantee success in life.
He emphasised that despite their educational backgrounds, he employed them, suggesting that success is not solely determined by education.
“School does not guarantee the success of man. I have a chef, Tayo, who is educated. He read biology in school. He has two degrees. He is a nutritionist and a dietitian. He graduated with a second-class upper. I also have 5 staff. All my PAs also have degrees. My videographer, too, is a graduate,” he said.
