Leading Nigerian actor, Bolanle Ninalowo, has spoken about the importance of extending kindness to other people.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, the Nollywood actor mentioned that it is important to show people kindness because you never know what others are going through in life.

He added that as he grew older, he began to understand the essence of not bringing others down because they could be going through their bad days.
He admonished us to be kind, generous, and respectful.
