Destalker Nigerian comedian, has finally confirmed the rumors surrounding the end of his marriage, revealing that he’s been divorced for some time now.
In a candid interview with content creator Timi Agbaje, Destalker shared that he’s not losing sleep over the split and is, in fact, happier than ever. “I am happy, I’ve a happy home. I was married, but not anymore. Marriage is not a criteria for a happy home”, he declared.

The funnyman attributed the demise of his three-year marriage to irreconcilable differences, stating that the relationship couldn’t be salvaged. Destalker revealed that he dated his ex-wife for just six months before tying the knot, hinting that the brief courtship might have contributed to the marriage’s collapse. He also touched on the differing expectations between men and women in marriage, noting that men can decide to remarry quickly, while women often take longer to consider remarriage.
”That’s the difference between a man and a woman. I can decide to remarry next week Friday or Saturday. But a woman can’t. It’s a man’s decision for marriage”, his words
Destalker further emphasized that marriage benefits women more than men, suggesting that societal pressure and value are placed largely on women in marriage. Despite his divorce, Destalker described having a “happy home,” emphasizing that marriage isn’t a prerequisite for happiness.
