Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo, popularly known as Nino B, has been met with widespread criticism after he was appointed Atlanta, United States coordinator for Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN), a pro-President Bola Ahmed Tinubu advocacy group.
The actor had announced the role on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing flyers with the APC and RTIFN logos. “Honored to serve as Coordinator! Atlanta/USA for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu 🇳🇬 #RTIFN,” he wrote.
The actor’s announcement has been greeted with online mockery and shaming as many netizens disapproved his new title. Here are some reactions:
RTIFN, founded by Seyi Tinubu the president’s son as founder-in-chief and led nationally by Ahmed Bala, is a youth-driven movement. It aims to highlight government achievements, engage young Nigerians at home and in the diaspora, fostering innovation, leadership, and constructive national participation.
