Sharon Maduekwe, the new partner of Nollywood actor, Shawn Faqua, has opened up on how her first marriage with Nigerian politician Donald Chidi Amamgbo ended suddenly.
eelive.ng understands that Maduekwe tied the knot traditionally in a private ceremony attended by close friends and family members on Thursday.
In the videos that surfaced on social media captured the moment, Shawn and Sharon celebrated their union in style, looking stunning in elaborate Igbo traditional attire.
Speaking, Akwa Ugo in a viral clip says her first marriage ended without warning. In her words: “My husband just woke up and said he’s not marrying again.”

According to Ugo, her ex -husband decision came out of the blues, adding that it happened in the morning and without prior signs.
She names the former husband as politician Donald Chidi Amamgbo. Faqua and Ugo became a social media sensation after Faqua announced his engagement to Sharon, a moment he previously described as a “marvelous” and divine blessing.
Faqua rose to fame after playing the character Vincent in movie ‘Lagos Cougars’.
He has featured in several movies including’ Out of the Ghetto’, ‘After the Proposal’, ‘Oasis’, ‘Red Cards, ‘The Twin Sword’, ‘A Love Like Ours’, ‘Four Crooks and a Rookie’, and ‘Ebony Life’s A New You’.
Beyond his work on screen, Faqua is also known for his work as a model and presenter.
