Nigerian rapper, Wale Davies, who is better known as Tec, has explained what could be the major problem with talented persons.
The rapper, who is one-half of the rap group Show Dem Camp, noted that oftentimes, it is the decisions talented people make, like those they work with or the record label they sign up for, that make or mar their careers.
Speaking in a recent episode of the Overnight Success podcast, Tec urged creatives to always be mindful of the decisions they make if they want to have a successful career.

“The biggest hindrance for talented people is decision-making. Sometimes, it could be a manager you chose that steals your money or a record label, or maybe you signed too early,” he said.
The rapper emphasised that it is very important for creatives to choose the right team to work with so they can assist them to avoid the pitfall of poor decision-making.
