The marriage of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Ned Nwoko, appears to be in turmoil after a video surfaced on social media showing the actress crying profusely after enduring domestic violence.

In the video that surfaced on social media, the mother of two is seen crying as she stormed off her Abuja home following an intense altercation with her husband.

Sources reveal that the actress’s family clashed seriously with her husband after witnessing him reportedly beating her up severely.

The actress who recently shared a bathroom clip could be heard saying in pain, “In Ned nwoko’s house I am nothing, but in my house, I am a queen. I can no longer stand the violence, it is too much.”

The video also showed a moment the siblings of the actress is seen fighting off the men allegedly sent to beat the mother of two.

Her sister could be heard saying, “If anything happens to my sister, Regina, in this house, it wont be funny.”

She has allegedly moved out of the house and is calling it quits to her marriage with the senator.

In 2019, Daniels was the subject of heated social media arguments after she married Ned Nwoko, who was aged 59.

Daniels and Nwoko had, in June 2020, welcomed their first child a baby boy together. But Nwoko would later reveal that Daniels knows he can decide to marry more wives to have more children.

“I met Regina; liked her. We got married within three weeks. I married all my wives within the same period. I don’t believe in dating anybody to marry them. Don’t date anybody you want to marry,” Nwoko had stated at the time.

“When you marry them, you begin to fall in love from within the marriage. Even in my culture, as it were as a kid in the 60s, people were not dating. They arranged marriages from family to family; they choose a wife.”
