‘I Didn’t Do It Intentionally’-Peller Breaks Silence After Car Crash

Peller’s car crash

Nigerian TikToker, Peller, has broken his silence days after a car crash involving his recently acquired Mercedes Benz.

The incident occurred on December 14, 2025, along the Lekki-Epe Expressway in Lagos, while Peller was livestreaming on Instagram. The crash reportedly stemmed from emotional distress related to his breakup with his girlfriend, Jarvis.

Eyewitnesses rushed Peller to the hospital after the crash. In his first social media video following the incident, he apologised and admitted the crash was not intentional, stating, “I let emotions get the best of me.”

He urged fans not to harass Jarvis, saying, “Please don’t bully Jarvis. Leave her, it doesn’t concern her. It’s me.”

However, more details have since emerged. Joblaq, a close friend and associate of Peller, claimed this was not the first time the influencer tried to harm himself over the relationship. According to him, Peller had earlier attempted a similar crash and even knelt down begging Jarvis after the latest incident.

Following the crash, the Lagos State Police Command arrested Peller for reckless driving and attempted suicide. The legal consequences add to growing concerns about the mental health struggles of young influencers under public scrutiny.

However Jarvis has spoken out, stating that Peller was the one who initially ended their relationship and even proposed they engage in a “contract relationship,” further complicating public sentiment around the issue.
