Tanzanian singer Juma Jux has responded calmly to online comments about his slimmer physique following his appearance at content creators Peller and Jarvis’s traditional wedding in Lagos over the weekend.
The musician, married to Priscilla Ojo, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, looked leaner while spraying money and celebrating with the couple alongside his mother-in-law.
The change sparked speculation and mixed reactions on social media.

In a recent video, Jux addressed the chatter while speaking with his wife. “I like myself now. They want me to be chubby, but I don’t want to be chubby,” he said, making it clear he is happy with his current look and has no plans to gain weight.
The father of one emphasised that the transformation was intentional and that he feels confident in his body. Fans have largely backed his stance, with many praising his self-acceptance and urging others to mind their business.
