Eva Apio, a Ugandan-born British social media sensation, has come out to deny speculations that she is in a relationship with Nigerian recording artiste, Asake.
Apio made this revelation known via her X account on Sunday, May 18.
A social media user named David Anthony took to his X account to share a photo of the social media sensation Eva Apio and Nigerian recording artiste Asake with the caption “Asake and his girlfriend.”
Several days after the tweet was shared, Eva Apio came out to deny the speculation. She responded to the tweet, “I was never his girlfriend.”
This revelation is coming even though both parties have featured in several couple-esque photos together. In some photos that surfaced on social media, both personnel were seen flaunting aesthetics and also holding hands. These gestures suggested to netizens that they were in a relationship, however, Apio has come out to blatantly deny it.
