Israel Afeare, who is better known as Israel DMW, has reacted to the recent loss of Nigerian singer-songwriter, David Adeleke, who is better known as Davido, at the 2026 Grammy award ceremony.
On Sunday, February 1, the Nigerian singer-songwriter was looking to emerge victorious at the Grammy Award ceremony that took place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California; however, he came short.
Following his loss, various personalities, celebrities, and fans alike have reacted to the outcome of the occasion, including Davido’s logistics manager, Israel DMW.
Taking his official X account, Israel DMW mentioned that his boss, referring to Davido, would no longer honour invites to the prestigious Grammy award event.
Reacting to the development, Israel said, “Let them f__k off with their Grammy of deep politics.”
He continued, “We would no longer honour future invitations.”
Equally, the 68th annual Grammy Awards was held on Sunday, Feb. 1, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, with South African comedian Trevor Noah hosting the ceremony for the sixth consecutive time.
