Foremost Nigerian filmmaker, Blessing Nze, who is married to actor Stanley Nze, has shared an empowering message to women struggling with body image and self-esteem.
Speaking during an appearance on The Morayo Show, Stanley Nze’s wife, Blessing Nze, addressed concerns about body image and self-esteem.
The host asked, “Many girls who are the same size as you struggle with low self-esteem. What would you say to those who think it is because of their size that they cannot get a good man?”

She responded, “It is not about size but about building oneself and becoming a woman of value. Be enough. The right man will see it.”
She also recalled that during their courtship, whenever Stanley encouraged her to go to the gym more than she wanted, she would tell him, “Please, oh, this is how you saw me.”
She encouraged women to embrace themselves, stressing that a man who genuinely loves someone will accept them as they are, regardless of size.
