Nigerian relationship coach Blessing CEO has finally addressed the viral controversy that erupted after she posted a disturbing video insinuating that her relationship with businessman IVD was in crisis.
Weeks ago, Blessing hinted that her union with the car dealer might be coming to an end. The tension peaked when she shared a now deleted video showing shattered glass and a chaotic scene in a room.
In the clip, she cried out for help, claiming she was in danger and that her man, believed by many to be IVD was mentally unstable.
“He’s mentally not okay. If you have my number, please call me. I’m in distress and being violated. I am not safe,” she wrote.
Her post sparked a public concern and prompting calls for her to speak out against alleged domestic abuse.

However, Blessing has now dismissed claims of abuse, explaining that the earlier clip was from a robbery incident not a domestic dispute.
“The video I posted yesterday and deleted was from a serious robbery incident at our house. IVD did not beat me; he can never beat me. At this point in my life, no man can beat me. I’m 36. The police asked me to take the video down,” she said.
Addressing those urging her to speak out, she added:
“What can you really do for me? If I need help, I know where to go. Relationships and marriages have issues.”

Blessing also shared an emotional reflection on her struggles behind the public persona many see:
“I am not strong. I cry, I break down, I fall in and out of depression. I lose direction sometimes. I don’t always know where I’m going or how to say what I feel. Strength is often just the ability to keep moving even when you want to stop.
Forget the persona, the boldness, the confidence,I’m just a woman who refuses to quit. When I can’t run, I walk. When I can’t walk, I crawl. When I can’t crawl, I stand still. I keep moving because I understand success and perseverance. Strength is not the absence of pain, it’s pushing through it.”
