Nollywood actress Regina Daniels’ brother Samuel Ojeogwu, famously known as Sammy West has reportedly been arrested again and this time was captured live on Instagram.
Sammy West and his best friend were taken into custody mid-stream, with police intervening while the broadcast was active with the video now viral on the internet as the reason for this fresh arrest remains unknown.
As reported by eelive.ng, October-November 2025 was a saga for Sammy as he was arrested and faced serious charges including criminal conspiracy, trespass, assault, intimidation, theft, and cyberbullying. He was arrested in Lagos, transferred to Abuja, briefly remanded, and released on ₦5 million bail after public outcry and celebrity support.
This fresh arrest as sent a buzz on social media with fans of Daniels waiting for the actress to share some information on her brother’s fresh arrest. Recall that the actress is currently embroiled in her own issue with her estranged husband Senator Ned Nwoko since October 2025 and is currently trying to wash herself clear of the drug abuse allegations labeled on her by Senator Nwoko.
