Lola Omotayo-Okoye, the wife of Peter Okoye, has once again publicly demonstrated her loyalty to her former sister-in-law, Anita Okoye, following a touching Mother’s Day celebration.
Anita took to Instagram on Monday to share the heartfelt surprise she received from her children, expressing deep humility and gratitude for the privilege of motherhood.
Responding to the post, Lola offered glowing praise for Paul Okoye’s ex-wife
“You deserve all the love cause you are truly an amazing mother.” She said This public show of support is consistent with Lola’s history of standing by Anita, despite the latter’s high-profile split from the other half of the P-Square duo.

The bond between the two women appears unshaken by the divorce. Over the past year, Lola has consistently celebrated Anita’s milestones, including her graduation from the Savannah College of Art and Design and her birthday. Anita has previously reciprocated this affection, describing Lola as the “embodiment of sisterhood” and thanking her for her unwavering support during difficult transitions.
The family dynamics have seen significant changes since Anita filed for divorce in 2022, citing reasons such as infidelity and fraud. While Peter Okoye has maintained an amicable relationship with Anita’s children, his brother Paul has since moved on, marrying model Ivy Ifeoma in May 2024.
Although the former couple initially attempted to remain on friendly terms, Paul and Anita reportedly unfollowed each other on social media in late 2024, shortly after Paul acquired a second US property for his new wife.
