Nigerian recording artiste, Spyro, has accused his fellow countrymen of being selfish and cruel towards one another. According to the musician, Nigerians lack love and genuine humanity.
Reflecting on the recent mishap ongoing in the country, Spyro mentioned that his fellow citizens are selfish and love is absent.
In a statement posted on his official Instagram account, the singer expressed deep concern about the nation’s moral direction. He asserted that a culture of self-interest has permeated society, largely blaming foundational upbringing.
“Parents have raised selfish children, and now selfish people are everywhere in the country,” Spyro stated.

The singer-songwriter, who has recently used his platform to passionately campaign for the rescue of the abducted Oyo school children, concluded his message with a plea for national reformation. He prayed for a restoration of love within the hearts of Nigerians, warning that the current lack of empathy and unity is actively destroying the country.
