Okay, 7 years in. It’s time to pack it up”, she wrote.

I never thought I’d need to say it, but you are all weird. “It’s small, it’s flat, it’s fat.”
Dog, it’s mine. “Show us your bumbum” lol so me too I will turn and say “see”, she added.

Nah, show ME yours first?? See how that feels? It’s just a body, I will add and lose weight.
I never once hid my body; I just didn’t feel the need to prove or disprove anyone.
The more you don’t like my body, the better for me, actually.
But it’s enough now. Move on from my bum.”

Tems’s outburst is coming after she mentioned in a previous interview that her favourite part of being a black woman is her curvaceous physique.

Tems disclosed this in a recent conversation with Cocoa Butter in Atlanta, Georgia.

My favourite thing about being a black woman? I love being curvy. I love that I have a little booty, you know what I’m saying?” she expressed.

Tems gained prominence after she was featured on Wizkid’s 2020 global hit, ‘Essence,’ which peaked at No.9 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

In 2022, she became the first African artist to debut N0.1 on the Billboard HOT 100 chart, through Future’s song, ‘Wait 4 U,’ which featured her and Drake. The song also won a Grammy for Best Melodic Rap the following year.

This year, Tems won another Grammy for her song, ‘Love Me Jeje’, for Best African Music Performance.
