Nollywood actor, IK Ogbonna, has taken to social media to remember his late mother, three years after her death.
It would be recalled that the actor’s mother had died on April 21, 2023, and was laid to rest on the same day.
Taking to Instagram, the actor disclosed that his late mother was his first love, adding that she was also the first woman he had ever loved.
He further advised fans whose mothers were still alive to be grateful, as life is short.
He wrote: “Exactly three years ago, I lost my first love—the first woman I ever knew or experienced love with: my mother. It’s funny how time flies and how the world keeps moving so fast. Mommy, I love you beyond words.
“I pray that God grants you all the blessings and peace that come with heaven.
“If your mother is still alive, be grateful. Call her. Tell her you love her. Life is short. Rest in peace, my queen.”
