Lawani, who is the founder and creative force behind her own fashion empire, shared that no one can represent a brand better than its creator.

She wrote, “What do you think is the most effective way to promote your brand? Someone once told me that if you don’t have the image, get someone else to promote your brand. I say no—that’s not true. You are the founder, the owner, and the most passionate advocate for your brand. You know its story and mission best.”
Lawani added that when entrepreneurs promote their own brands, their authenticity and energy become contagious, making it easier for others to connect with and believe in the vision.
