Afrobeats singer Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, better known as Spyro, has surprised his fiancée, Janet Atom, with a fully completed luxury house in Abuja, instantly making her a landlady.
The “Who’s Your Guy” hitmaker announced the gift on Wednesday morning via his verified Instagram page, sharing video of his fiancée breaking down in tears as she received the keys and property documents.

In his caption that has since gone viral, Spyro wrote: “GUYS, help me say HELLO and WELCOME to the latest landlady in ABUJA @_callme_njure 🙈 She asked for wigs and phone but GOT A HOUSE 🙈😍 …wait till you get home, something else is waiting 😍😍”
He expressed gratitude to real estate consultant Kilamity, entertainment executive Superkunle, and Leptons Properties for helping to coordinate the surprise.
Spyro and Janet got engaged in September 2025, nine months after meeting at a Lagos nightclub. The singer has repeatedly described his fiancée as instrumental in his personal growth and spiritual journey.
