Nollywood Actress Aunty Ajara Cries for Help as She Battles for Her Life in Hospital

A well-known Nigerian actress from the Yoruba film industry has been admitted to hospital after falling seriously ill with an undisclosed condition, sparking widespread concern among colleagues and fans.

The veteran performer, fondly referred to as “Aunty Ajara”, is said to be in a critical state as she continues to receive intensive medical care.

The troubling update was made public by fellow actress Ronke Oshodi-Oke, who took to social media to appeal for urgent financial assistance.

In an emotional Instagram post, Ronke disclosed that Ajara’s condition has worsened despite sustained medical attention and the large sums already spent on her treatment.

She emphasised that while numerous celebrities, actors and compassionate individuals have contributed towards her care, more support is desperately needed to keep her going.

Ronke urged the public not to ignore the appeal, explaining that every contribution, no matter how small, could make a meaningful difference at this critical stage.

She also shared donation details to enable well-wishers to assist directly, describing the situation as a fight for life that requires immediate intervention.
