Nollywood actress, Nse Ikpe-Etim has disclosed her plan to publish a book.
In a post on her social media pages, the screen darling stated that she would be detailing her acting career in an e-book.
The book, according to Ikpe-Etim, will document her acting style and processes.
“I may just be writing an e-book about my acting process soon. So if there’s any character you loved and you’ll like to know how I became them, tell me and I will consider telling you about them,” the movie star wrote.
With this post, Ikpe-Etim is about to join the league of actors who have published books in areas that interests them.
Amongst the actors are Juliet Ibrahim, who released her first book, A Toast To Life, last year.
In the book, Ibrahim shared an in-depth of her experiences, which ranged from being a refugee to becoming one of the most sought-after actresses in Africa.
Speaking of the book in an interview, the actress said: “Writing my memoir, A Toast To Life was very therapeutic for me. I honestly didn’t realize how strong I was until I put together all my experiences collectively in this memoir.
“I’ve had experiences that would probably break the average person. But I survived. Hence, the inspiration behind my book is my life. There are so many experiences I have had and life lessons learned along the way.
“The book is a deeply personal narrative of my triumph over adversity faced at different stages in my life and my journey to true self-love.”
