Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, has reacted after being criticised for going clubbing shortly after her sister’s burial.
Phyna, who lost her younger sister, Ruth Otabor, in a tragic accident involving a Dangote truck in August, laid her to rest in September.
However, a few weeks later, a video surfaced online showing the reality TV star partying in a nightclub alongside popular Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels.

The video quickly went viral and sparked reactions on social media, with many people accusing Phyna of being insensitive and moving on too fast after her loss.
While Regina Daniels earlier came to her defense, telling people to stop judging how others grieve, Phyna herself had remained silent on the matter until now.
Breaking her silence through a post on her 𝕏 handle, the former BBNaija winner shared an emotional message about grief and how people deal with it differently.
She wrote, “Grief has no manual, no fixed face, and no timetable. The fact that I choose to keep living, smiling, or sharing moments does not erase the pain I carry. Respect the process, even if you do not understand it. If you cannot extend compassion, then at least extend silence.”
