
Afrobeat pioneer Fela Anikulapo-Kuti’s son Seun Kuti and social media activist Martins Otse popularly called VeryDarkMan, have paid a visit to the late icon’s gravesite at the New Afrika Shrine/Kalakuta Republic area honoring the legend with traditional rites.
The two visited the Shrine today, of which pictures and video of them performing the rites have generated buzz on social media.

The duo performed traditional Yoruba ancestral rites to pay homage, including the slaughter of two rams as sacrifices, alongside libations of gin and beer.
