Shank Comics, a popular Nigerian content creator and streamer, has made a hilarious observation about his family’s religious history.
According to the comedian, his father became a Christian due to hunger.
Speaking at the ongoing Streamer University organized by American streamer, Kai Cenat, Shank Comics mentioned that his father, who used to be a muslim, quickly became a Christian after he was given food.
“My dad was a Muslim, then there was one time he was f*cking hungry. Then one church gave him food, then he became a Christian. I swear to God, my dad is so cheap. He was just hungry.”

The clip, recorded during the boot camp at Akron University in the U.S., has been making the rounds online, drawing laughter from the audience.
Shank is currently participating in the Streamer University program, hosted by American content creator Kai Cenat. Notably, Shank recently won a $10,000 prize at the bootcamp, courtesy of a surprise giveaway sponsored by YouTuber MrBeast.
