Monsuru Ayanfe, a Nollywood actor, shared an experience with his colleague, Funke Akindele, on a movie set
In a recent interview with media personality Jeff Owolewa on YouTube, the actor revealed that he accidentally damaged Funke’s car during a movie production.
He explained that while trying to park the vehicle after filming, he inadvertently caused damage to the new car, which led to Funke expressing her anger about the situation.
Monsuru described Funke Akindele as someone who gets angry easily but apologises when she is calm.
He said, “I was the one who spoiled Funke Akindele’s new car while I was trying to pack her car after the movie set. Funke is someone who gets angry easily, but when she is calm, she apologises. If she reacts to something someone says, she retraces her steps and apologises”.
Speaking about his relationship with Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo, Monsuru said he was earning ₦ 5,000 from the filmmaker at the beginning of his career in the film industry.
Monsuru added that he was unbothered by the payment due to his passion and flair for acting.
He said, “I was collecting N5000 when I started my career from Femi Adebayo because of the passion and flair I had for acting”.
