Sheila Courage, the estranged wife of Davido’s logistics manager, Israel DMW, has written a heartwarming note to herself as she turns 24 today, Wednesday, June 4.
The young lady, who married Davido’s logistics manager but separated from him within one year, wrote that she has been “deeply hurt”, “broken”, and cried herself to sleep in the past.
However, she said God and her parents came through for her in ways that assured her of their love.

She added that her name “Courage” has been reflected in her life.
Here is what she wrote, “I’ve been scared before, deeply hurt, broken! even cried myself to sleep, questioned everything that once made sense and even doubted my strength !but one thing I’ve never done? I’ve NEVER not for a second doubted the presence of God in my life at anytime, he is my ever present help in time of need, he raises people and plants them in strategic places for my advantage all the time, I can’t say what I did to merit his unwavering love and support but that is God for me”
“Blessed me with the best parents ever! I couldn’t ask for better, my parents love me In a way that it’s easier to know how deep the love of God is if my earthly parents can cherish me this much. My name is Courage Osighkafume David, and indeed everything(one) answers to its name“, she concluded.
Sheila Courage was just 21 when she married Israel Afeare, aka Israel DMW. Their wedding was held in 2022 and was attended by celebrities, including Davido and Chioma. By 2023, they had gone their separate ways.
