Watch: Kemi Adetiba Releases Episode 1 of ‘The Brotherhood’ Series

 

Nigerian Filmmaker/Storyteller, Kemi Adetiba has released the first Episode of her – The Brotherhood – project. It is a docu-series which brings together a league of extraordinary gentlemen into an informal gathering where they share their most personal stories, challenges and experiences with the aim of helping others, giving hope and teaching lessons.

This show comes 2 years after the launch of her inspirational ‘King Women’ show, her first collaboration with Accelerate TV, who she’s partnering with again on this one. In partnership with YouTube, Accelerate TV will be releasing a new episode weekly.

“The Brotherhood could not be more timely, with the loads of conversations surrounding equality of both sexes, it is equally important to highlight the men, by encouraging and normalising the act of sharing amongst them. Brotherhood is going to be showing you another side of these strong and powerful men that we have all looked up to and are inspired by,” Kemi Adetiba said, sharing her anticipation for the show.

Produced and Directed by the renowned Director, the series is tagged – The Ring of Fire – and it explores the minds of male Nigerians, industry leaders and power houses across different spectrum of life. On this episode, the league of extraordinary gentlemen, which includes – Chef Fregz, Noble Igwe, Edmund Olotu, Shola Ladoja, Richard Nnadi (Duke of Spades), Tola Odunsi – who assemble to take on truths and debunk myths about the “Hustle”.
