Nigerian recording artiste, Bankole Wellington, who is better known as Banky W, has written several things that he loves and admires about his wife, Adesua Etomi-Wellington.
Adesua, who is one of the most popular thespians in the Nigerian movie industry, turned 40 on Sunday, February 22.

She was celebrated by her colleagues and fans alike as she turned a new age, amid the felicitation, a note from the love of her life, singer-songwriter and record label executive, Banky W, lectured social media users and several of his colleagues in the entertainment industry on how to express love and admiration for one’s partner.
Writing on his Instagram page, Banky W wrote 40 things that he loves most about his wife.

Though Banky only listed 14 things, he said he will send the rest to her directly because he has run out of space.
“40 at 40,” he wrote
“40 Things I love about you…,” he continued.
The singer-songwriter added, “Your Faith – the world sees you as a movie star, I know you as a Jesus girl. Your foundation is Christ, and everything else flows from that.
You’re Fine – Summertime fine. Light up a room fine. Breaking necks-stopping people in their steps-how did I make you mine-fine.”
Mr Wellington further wrote, “Your Fight – The enemy swung hard. But you stood firmer. And no weapon fashioned against you shall ever prosper.
Your Favourite Food – No matter who is getting married to whom, you’re ordering amala, gbegiri and ewedu.”
Banky W went on to write, “Your Flexibility – in life and in the other room. Enough said.
Your Faith in Me – When my journey has beaten me down, your belief has helped me survive severe, stormy weather. And when it has broken me, you helped put me back together.
You Feel – You feel things deeply. You cry for movies, reels, and strangers. The only thing more beautiful than your face in this entire world… is your heart.”
He further added, “You’re Funny – People don’t know how much of a tout you really are. You’re hilarious. My sense of humour was already perfect. But you made it better.
Your Focus – Your dedication to your craft is second to none. Your performances are not loud – they’re layered. Deep. Nuanced. World-class.
Our Fire – You made me a better lover. You helped me unlearn and re-learn intimacy. I didn’t even know I had a “spot”. You found it. I knew how to be physical. But you taught me how to make love.”

Banky W went on to write, “You are fiercely loyal. When people come for me, you’re always ready for war. Half the time, I don’t even want to tell you what someone did because before I know it, you’re ready to tear their shirt. I will now be begging you on the person’s behalf, lol.

On their 8th wedding anniversary last year, Banky shared photos from their epic 2017 wedding, noting how someone had said their marriage would only last six months, but little did they know. Banky made it clear that their bond is unbreakable and will last forever.
